Hoʻonui Designs is inspired by the Kaulana Mahina, the Hawaiian moon calendar. Each piece is guided by the phases of the moon and the rhythm of Hawaiian life. Handmade with aloha and intention, every creation is designed to grow with you—carrying your story through every phase and for generations to come.
Aloha, my name is Kilinahe, the hands and heart behind Hoʻonui Designs.
I fell in love with sewing and creating because it grounds me and allows me to share my love through pieces made for community. Each creation carries the rhythm of the Kaulana Mahina, reflecting growth, intention, and the phases we all move through.
Beyond the fabric and stitches, Hoʻonui is my way of connecting, sharing Hawaiian values, honoring tradition, and creating heirloom pieces designed to last for generations.
